At 1002 Bikes (“we,” “our,” “us”), we work to ship your order quickly and safely. This policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed on 1002Bikes.com and in store.
Summary: Parts ship in 1–2 business days, complete bikes in 2–5 business days. Batteries and hazmatitems ship Ground only. Tracking is provided at shipment.
• In stock parts & accessories: 1–2 business days.
• E-bikes & complete bikes: 2–5 business days for assembly, testing, and packaging.
• Pre orders / backorders: ship when items arrive; ETAs are estimates and may change.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
• We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS; method is selected based on item size, weight, and destination.
• Freight (LTL) may be used for fully built bikes; the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
• Signature Required may be applied for high value shipments at our discretion.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level.
• Delivery timeframes shown at checkout begin after the order is processed and handed to the carrier.
• Carrier delays due to weather, volume, or logistics are outside our control; delivery dates are not guaranteed.
• E-bike batteries and certain electrical components ship Ground only and cannot be expedited.
• These items cannot ship to P.O. Boxes and may require adult signature.
• We currently do not ship hazmat items internationally or to AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO.
• No international shipping at this time.
• We may decline shipment to freight forwarders or addresses flagged for fraud risk.
• Address changes after shipment may incur a re-routing fee charged by the carrier.
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once the order leaves our facility.
• If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the local carrier office, then contact us.
• Lost/Delayed Packages: We can help open a carrier investigation; replacements/refunds are issued per carrier outcome.
• Inspect cartons before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and take photos.
• If severe damage is evident, refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
• Missed freight appointments may result in re-delivery/storage fees charged by the carrier.
• Free in store pickup at: 1002 Bikes, 1002 Manatee Ave. E, Suite B, Bradenton, FL 34208.
• We’ll email when your order is ready. Bring a photo ID and your order confirmation.
• Report shipping damage or missing items within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box, packing materials, and product.
• Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order ships.
• If a package is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or missed deliveries, the carrier may return it; we can reship (additional postage) or refund the item price minus original shipping and any return fees.

• Contact us as soon as possible to request changes or cancellation. We can’t modify orders that are already packed or shipped.
